The client wanted to replace all manual scheduling and payments with a online digital cloud based solution. Here is what we did:

• Anyone can go to the website, enter their document word length and the website will inform the user how much it will cost and when the document revision can be completed.
• The user can then upload their document and pay during the checkout process.
• Once the user has paid, the job is added to an online schedule and the administrator is notified of the job that just came through, and the date it must be completed by.
• Once the administrator completes the job, an email is sent to the user Informing them of their completed revision.
• The user can then log in to their own account and view all their uploads and completed document revisions.
