The client wanted to transform how they delivered their proof reading service by going completely online.
An e-commerce platform was created so the client could receive payment on the spot and also store and manage all revisions with a calendar system and storage of all submitted documents and revisions.
website visitors enter their document word count and type of service they wish to receive.
The website then shows the visitor how long it will take to proof read their document, and how much it will cost.
The website visitor then pays at checkout and uploads their document.
Once a new document has been submitted and paid for, It is added to a calendar for the administrator to see.
When the administrator has completed the service, they upload the revised document and an email is sent to the client advising them of the completion.
The client can then log in to their account and download the completed revision at any time.
